Every time you complete an order, the platform will first check your balance and if possible, we will use those funds to pay for the ticket.

If your wallet balance does not fully cover the amount in the new order, you must first top up your account with a deposit and then pay with the new balance. Unfortunately, this is something that payment service providers that process credit cards force us to do.

Example: you have €9.00 in your balance and want to order tickets for €29.00. You will need to deposit €20.00 first and then use the new balance to pay for the order.
