Every time you win an amount up to €2,500, the winnings will be immediately transferred to your Simbalotto wallet (your user account balance). You can then decide to withdraw this amount in parts or in full. The remaining funds in your account can be used to purchase new tickets.

Whenever you win an amount above €2500, our support team will contact you by email. We will send you a claim form to complete. You will also need to provide us with a scanned form of ID and you will need to choose whether to receive a check or a bank transfer. These documents will be handed over by us to the lottery company, and then the payment will come directly from the lottery commission.

But if you prefer this option, you can also choose to collect your winning ticket from the location in the lottery country where our agents have stored it in a safe place and then claim your winnings in person from the lottery commission itself.
