买票的过程是怎样的？
Our sales platform is built to guide you through the entire process – it’s actually easy and takes just a minute.
- Step 1: Choose the lottery you want to participate in and pick your numbers
- Step 2: Choose your number (or, let the random number generator feature do a “quick pick” for you).
- Step 3: Add tickets to your shopping cart (you can add more tickets for other lotteries to your order if you wish)
- Step 4: Click on the shopping cart to checkout
- Step 5: If you haven’t registered an account with us yet, you must do so now.
- Step 6: Don’t forget to activate your account – find the verification email in your inbox and click on the verification link. If you can’t find it, please check your spam box!
- Step 7: Once you are logged in, you can now choose a method to pay online
Once you submit your ticket order, you can already see your selected tickets and numbers in the “My Tickets” area of your account. Next, our agents will purchase your tickets and then scan them. Scans of the tickets will then be uploaded to your account. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on when you order and how high the demand is.
Once the draw is complete and the official results are confirmed, you can check the “My Lottery” area of your account again. Those of your numbers that match the results will now be colour-coded, making it easy to check if you’ve won.
If you don’t want to pay every time you buy a ticket, you can also choose to deposit some funds first. This way, you can easily pay for your later ticket orders using your wallet balance. Every time you complete an order, the platform will check your balance and will use those funds to pay for the ticket first.
If your wallet balance does not fully cover the amount in the new order, you must first top up your account with a deposit and then pay with the new balance. Unfortunately, this is what the payment service providers that process credit cards force us to do.
For example: your balance is 9.00 euros and you want to order a ticket for 29.00 euros. You will have to deposit €20,00 first and then use the new balance to pay for the order.
