我的信用卡交易失败或被拒绝。为什么会这样,我可以做什么?

  1. First, make sure the card number you entered is correct and that the expiration date and CVV code match the data on the back of your credit card.
  2. You must also know that the minimum amount for credit card payment is 2 euros.
  3. We use an external service provider called a credit card payment processor. These processors sometimes decline credit cards based on their risk assessment. It’s also possible that your country or your bank has been blacklisted by the processor due to past fraud attempts.
  4. We try to choose credit card processors with high approval rates. However, we cannot guarantee that all cards will be accepted.
  5. There are several credit card payment options on our website, if the first option doesn’t work for you, please try the others.
  6. If none of the credit card options work for you, try other methods like cryptocurrency payments.
  7. Here are some of the most common reasons why your card payment may be declined.
  8. The card you are using is not Visa or MasterCard
  9. You are logged in from a different country than the country that issued your card. You can overcome this problem by using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). A VPN can “simulate” an IP address from another country. Opera browser has a built-in free VPN.
  10. The country where your card was issued is blacklisted by the payment institution.
  11. If none of the above helps, there is always the Bitcoin option, which works for almost all of our clients. Customers from some countries, such as Iran, may still need to use a VPN to use encryption.
  12. Consider creating a Bitcoin wallet, which can be used for many other purposes as well.
