How can I use my account balance to buy tickets

Every time you complete an order, the platform will check your balance first, and if possible, we will use those funds to pay for the ticket.

If your wallet balance does not fully cover the amount in the new order, you must top up your account with a deposit first, and then pay with the new balance. Unfortunately, this is something that the payment service providers that process credit cards force us to do.

Example: you have €9,00 in your balance, and you want to order tickets for €29,00. You will have to deposit €20,00 first, then use the new balance to pay for the order.
