How does the process of buying a ticket work?

Our sales platform is built to guide you through the entire process – it is actually quite easy and takes only a minute.

  • Step 1: Select the lottery you want to participate in pick your numbers
  • Step 2: Select your numbers (or, let the function of the random numbers generator do a “quick pick” for you)
  • Step 3: Add the ticket to your shopping cart (you can add more tickets for other lotteries to your order if you want)
  • Step 4: Click the shopping cart to check out
  • Step 5: If you have not registered an account with us, you have to do this now.
  • Step 6: Don’t forget to activate your account – find the verification email in your inbox and click the verification link. If you cannot find it, check your spam box!
  • Step 7: Once you are logged in, you can now select a method to pay online

Once you have submitted your ticket order, you can already see the tickets and the numbers you picked in the “My tickets” area of your account. Next, our agent will purchase the tickets for you and then scan them. The ticket scan will then be uploaded to your account. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on when you ordered it and how much demand there is.

Once the draw has been done, and the official results have been confirmed, you can check your accounts “My ticket” area again. Those of your numbers that match the draw result are now going to be color-coded, which makes it easy for you to check if you have won.

If you do not want to make a payment every time you buy a ticket, you also have the option to deposit some funds first. That way, you can easily pay your later ticket order using your wallet balance. Every time you complete an order, the platform will check your balance and will use those funds to pay for the ticket first.

If your wallet balance does not fully cover the amount in the new order, you must top up your account with a deposit first, and then pay with the new balance. Unfortunately, this is something that the payment service providers that process credit cards force us to do.

Example: you have €9,00 in your balance, and you want to order tickets for €29,00. You will have to deposit €20,00 first, then use the new balance to pay for the order.
