I just deposited money into my Simbalotto account. Why can’t I see the amount in my wallet balance?

Depending on the method chosen for the deposit, it can take up to 60 minutes between the moment when you make the deposit and the moment the balance of your account is showing the new funds. Please contact our support team immediately if the funds are not there after more than one hour.
Please be advised that when you deposit an amount via cryptocurrency, you must make sure that we receive the amount for the deposit in full. Any fees charged by your crypto wallet have to be paid by you and added to the total deposit amount.
