If I win, how can I withdraw my winnings?

You can request a withdrawal by clicking the “Withdraw” button in the “My Account” section. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is € 10,00. If your account balance is lower than € 10,00, the withdrawal button will be invisible.
Also, for some withdrawal methods, we will have to ask you to verify your identity by uploading some documents, like a scan of your ID and others. The payment service providers demand from us to go through this process under their “KYC” (Know Your Customer) regulations. Bank wire transfers may incur a small that will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
