Why can’t I purchase a ticket from my country?

While you can access our website, and even sign up for an account with us, you will not be able to make deposits or purchase lottery tickets on our website.

Your payments are failing

This is a problem that some of our customers experience. To process your payments, we work with external payment processors. Those companies all have their own rules and security measures, and we do not have any influence on their decisions to accept your payment. Some block credit cards issued from specific banks, or customers from specific countries. This is why we strive to offer multiple options to pay with credit cards. If the first method does not work, please try the next one. You can also choose an alternative payment method, such as instant bank transfer (only for European countries within the SEPA region). And lastly, payment via cryptocurrency is always an option. Crypto payments work for practically all our customers, and if you cannot pay with any of the other methods offered on our website, you should try crypto payment.
